Asking o1 to solve an unsolved problem - the Riemann Hypothesis, twin primes conjecture, Collatz, Goldbach, and so forth - leads to refusal. The model seems too scared, too put off by the idea of even attempting the task, that it doesn't even try.
On top of safety, we might need to align models for courage too.
